·        Buyers Receive e-Avail Alerts – only e-Avails posted in a Public manner are E-mailed to profiled buyers

·        Suppliers Receive e-RFA Alerts – Public e-RFAs are anonymous and are E-mailed to profiled suppliers

·        Review Public e-RFAs - suppliers are able to review anonymous e-RFAs for free to decipher opportunity  

·        Suppliers have Option to click “Full Access” on a Public e-RFA – to unmask buyer’s identity for $35

·        Supplier Responds directly to buyer - with customized proposal using their company’s resources
